Delete your account
StaffSide (staff app)
If you signed up for StaffSide to track your own tips and schedule, you can delete your account at any time from inside the app:
- Open StaffSide → Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm.
This permanently deletes your StaffSide account and the personal data you gave us — your profile, email, the tips and shifts you tracked, your push-notification token, and your messages.
If you also belong to a restaurant that uses HeadroomSIO, deleting your account removes your access and your personal data. Records the restaurant owns about your work (such as shifts and sales the venue recorded) stay with the restaurant — contact your employer to request changes to those.

To delete a restaurant's account and its data, email [email protected] from the account's email address. We remove the venue's data, including staff records and uploaded images.
Can't reach the app?
Email [email protected]from the email address on your account and tell us you want your account deleted. We'll verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What we keep
We delete your data from our active systems, and backups that still contain it are purged on our regular backup cycle. Some records are kept only as long as the law requires — for example, billing and tax records related to a subscription.
